The Olive + Goose Summer Student Internship Program is a virtual, part-time program designed for motivated students who want more than just résumé filler. Offered across two focused tracks: Business and Technical, this internship gives you the opportunity to work on real consulting projects, build practical skills, and learn directly from experienced professionals.

Whether you’re interested in business consulting, project and program management, marketing, and operations, or you want to dive into Microsoft 365, Power Apps, security, migrations, systems integration, and modern AI-enabled solutions, this program is built to help you grow. Expect meaningful work, hands-on learning, job shadowing, and a collaborative environment that supports your professional development every step of the way.

Business intern requirements

Are you a current college student interested in business consulting, project/program management, operations, and/or marketing and looking for meaningful, real-world experience this summer? We’re interviewing for virtual, flexible, part-time internships designed around the areas you want to grow in.

You can expect real projects, hands-on learning, job shadowing, and community building in a collaborative, supportive environment.

What you might work on (examples):
Market or competitive research
Process documentation & workflow mapping
Project plans, status reporting, and stakeholder updates
Marketing enablement and campaign support
Example client-ready deliverables

~2-month commitment
15–20 hours per week
Fully remote
Initial internship period is unpaid, with a focus on skill-building and professional development

Technical intern requirements

Are you a current college student studying computer science (or a related field) and interested in Microsoft 365 tools, security, migrations, or systems integration (SI)? We’re interviewing for virtual, flexible, part-time internships shaped around the technical areas you want to build confidence in.

Expect hands-on learning, job shadowing, and real-world consulting exposure in a supportive environment with opportunities to contribute to practical deliverables.

What you might work on (examples):
M365 feature testing, documentation, and enablement materials
Security-focused research or internal playbooks
Migration planning support (requirements, checklists, validation steps)
Systems integration support (process mapping, data flow documentation)
Light automation or operational improvements including AI agents (where applicable)
